What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We also offer Cash on Delivery for orders within the Greater Toronto Area.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available for all orders delivered within the GTA. Simply select COD at checkout and pay when your order arrives.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to make any changes or cancellations. Reach us via WhatsApp or email and we will do our best to help.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, a confirmation email is sent to you immediately after your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — we offer free 2-day delivery on all orders within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
How long does delivery take outside the GTA?
For orders outside the GTA but within Canada, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel at any time.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply message us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange a pickup or provide a return label at no cost to you.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, size exchanges are welcome subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will check stock for your preferred size.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
How do I find my size?
We recommend using our Size Finder on each product page. Our pieces are designed in South Asian fits — please refer to the measurements listed rather than relying solely on S/M/L labels. When in doubt, size up or contact us for personalized advice.
Are the suits stitched or unstitched?
All our suits are fully stitched and ready to wear unless otherwise stated in the product description.
What size does the model wear?
The model height and size is listed on each product page to help you gauge the fit and length of each piece.
What fabrics do you use?
We work with premium fabrics including pure silk, sheesha silk, velvet, and chikankari cotton. The exact fabric for each piece is listed in the product description.
How should I care for my garment?
We recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand washing in cold water for all embroidered and silk pieces. Do not tumble dry. Lay flat or hang to dry. Iron on low heat with a pressing cloth to protect embroidery.
Will the embroidery and colours look exactly as shown?
We make every effort to photograph our pieces accurately. Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. The embroidery and fabric quality are exactly as shown.
